Where is your company’s factory and headquarters located?
Our core manufacturing factory is in Lianyungang, Jiangsu Province, China, equipped with Class 100 and Class 1000 ultra-clean workshops for semiconductor quartz processing.

What main quartz products do you manufacture?
We focus on semiconductor-grade and photovoltaic high-purity fused quartz components, including diffusion furnace quartz tubes, quartz boats, quartz flanges, quartz injectors, polished quartz plates and custom special-shaped quartz pieces.

What’s your normal production lead time for orders?
For standard-size quartz tubes, quartz boats and regular in-stock accessories, the lead time is 7–12 working days after receiving your deposit and confirmed drawings. Custom large-size parts take 18–30 working days.

Can you provide customized OEM & ODM quartz processing service?
Yes. Customized service is our core advantage. We support size adjustment, special internal structure design, polishing and welding requirements according to your equipment parameters.

What purity standard can your semiconductor quartz products reach?
Our semiconductor-grade quartz adopts special purification technology, with total metal impurity content controlled below 8ppb, fully meeting SEMI international semiconductor material standards.
